Besides this feature film inspired by the characters of Belgian author Gabrielle Vincent, Wallimage Coproductions has decided to agree to co-finance Protéger et Servir, the new film by Eric Lavaine (whose previous film Incognito just made a terrific start at the box office) as well as The Republic of Trees, an Irish first film which is co-produced by our neighbours at the CRRAV (Nord Pas de Calais), who will host Alicia Duffy’s first shoot this summer. Finally, because this 34th session was held together with the 3rd session for animation series, the Board also decided to invest in Leonardo, a co-production between Aranéo (Marcinelles) and the French of Ellipsanime.
