We are in 50 BC; all of Gaul is occupied by the Romans. No ! For a village populated by die-hard Gauls still resists the invader.
Exasperated by the situation, Julius Caesar decides to change tactics : since his armies are unable to impose themselves by force, it is the Roman civilization itself that will seduce these barbaric Gauls. He therefore built a luxurious residential estate next to the village for Roman owners. “Le Domaine des Dieux”.
