During the Indonesian War of Independence, a young Dutch soldier arrives full of illusions. Assigned to an area too quiet for his taste, one day he seizes the opportunity to work for “The Turk” a commando leader who seems to have methods more in line with his own. But after a few missions, the violence of his boss will force him to turn against him.
