Good favour

Ireland, 1209. An island on the border of the world.
A small group of monks begin a forced pilgrimage through an island torn apart by centuries of tribal wars, and the rising power of Norman invaders.
While they escort the holy relic of their monastery a rock used during the martyrdom of Saint Mathias, the 13th apostle towards Rome, we follow their progress through the eyes of a young and pious Novice and a freedman, mute, dragging with him a dark and violent past.
Their journey to the east coast of Ireland becomes more and more perilous, the monks gradually realize that in these ancient lands of superstitions, the faith that binds them can also lead to their loss
