On June 29th, the merger of Wallimage and Wallimage Entreprises into a single entity was completed: Wallimage, under the direction of Virginie Nouvelle.
One of the consequences of this adjustment is the appointment of a new single board of directors, succeeding the two entities that have completed their five-year terms.
The new Board of Directors will be chaired by Mr. Richard Miller. Mrs. Virginie Vandeputte will be the vice-president.
The administrators are presented by the Walloon Government, based on the proposals of the different parties. This choice is structured according to the D’Hondt key, reflecting the representativeness of the different parties in the last regional elections.
The Board of Directors, which has just been set up, will include nine Walloon personalities :
Mr. Richard Miller – President
Mrs. Virginie Vandeputte – Vice President
Mrs. Violaine Herbaux
Mr. Stéphane Lefebvre
Mr. Sébastien Durieux
Mrs. Céline Hupé
Ms. Véronique Waroux
Mr. Baptiste Charles
Mr. Xavier Papier
In order to make the discussions of the different entities within Wallimage more fluid and to specialize the decision-making bodies, it was decided to create two decentralized councils acting as representatives in specific fields.
One is dedicated to project investments. This decentralized Co-Production Council will be chaired by Mr. Richard Miller. The other is dedicated to investments in companies. This decentralized Business Council will be chaired by Mr. Sébastien Durieux.
The decentralized board for co-production investments is thus constituted of six directors:
Mr. Richard Miller – President
Mrs. Virginie Vandeputte
Mrs. Violaine Herbaux
Mrs. Céline Hupé
Mr. Baptiste Charles
Mr. Xavier Papier
The decentralized board dedicated to investments in companies will have five directors :
Mr. Sébastien Durieux – President
Mr. Richard Miller
Mrs. Virginie Vandeputte
Mr. Stéphane Lefebvre
Ms. Véronique Waroux
This Board of Directors is appointed for a term of five years. It is renewable upon presentation of the Walloon government.
The Wallimage team is delighted to be able to rely on the diverse skills it integrates.
