Let’s not underestimate the performance: this is a genuine feat for Brendan and the Secret of Kells, a pan-European film co-produced by Wallimage, whose grace and originality won over the voters.
And if you’re not convinced, just take a look at the list of animated films produced in 2010 that weren’t selected. It’s pretty mind-blowing. So, just one word to greet this exciting news: yahoooooooooooooo!
