Under the chairmanship of Olivier Vanderijst, the Board of Directors of Wallimage Entreprises is currently composed of nine directors, three of whom are nominated by Wallimage, and a government commissioner appointed after the nomination of the new Walloon government in October 2019.
Its main task is to define the global strategy of Wallimage Entreprises and to ensure its proper implementation. He is also responsible for the investment decisions, based on the files prepared by the Wallimage Entreprises team.
