After being welcomed at the Ch’tis, Dany Boon was indeed welcomed with open arms by the Wallimage Council. It must be said that Rien à déclarer could have been called Dany in the Walloons, given its location at the Macquenoise border crossing and in the Chimay region. Its dream casting reinforces this impression as far as we are concerned: opposite the actor-director, we will indeed find Benoît Peolvoorde, Bouli Lanners, François Damiens and Olivier Gourmet! This session was also marked by a first: the return of a file already approved but abandoned in the meantime due to the defection of its French producer. Bye, bye, Blondie by the sulphurous Virginie Despentes comes back to us, co-produced this time in Belgium by Frakas, but in full complicity with Tarantula, the previous producer. Soon Emmanuelle Béart and Béatrice Dalle should be lighting up the streets of the Cité Ardente
