Wallimage and Canada Media Fund to develop interactive digital media

The budget for the Canada-Wallonia Digital Media Incentive for multiplatform projects is $600,000 Canadian. Each funding partner will invest half of the total amount.

To be eligible, projects must propose interactive digital content, explore a transmedia approach to the production of innovative or experimental content. They should also be created on a platform appropriate to the content and audience.

The incentive is now open for applications. The deadline for submission is February 2, 2015.
A selection committee composed of representatives from the CMF and Wallimage as well as an industry expert will evaluate and select the projects.
